I like to make a point of getting away to take some travel pictures as often as possible, and who wouldn’t given the opportunity.
My most recent trip was to Dubrovnik, which threw up some visual treats. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while I was there but in every break from the rain I managed to get some interesting shots and I even managed to combine a portrait shoot set on the terrace of Hotel Excelsior.
The next adventure will be to visit Vietnam which will surely present a host of striking images and I’m especially excited about trying to catch up with Truong Nam who runs one of Hanoi’s most famous outdoor shops. Apparently queues form along hundreds of metres as locals sit on little plastic stools waiting for the shop’s renowned lemon tea – I can’t wait to see the sights on offer.
